The winners of Environmental Finance's 2022 Impact Awards have been announced.
The annual awards seek to recognise and reward the work of impact investors, highlight best practice and thought leadership across all asset classes and all geographies.
The winners were selected by an independent panel of impact investment experts, based on information relating to the period between 1 April 2021 and 30 September 2022.
Among the notable winners were:
- Maria de Perlinghi, partner and chief impact and communications officer at Norselab, who was awarded 'Personality of the year';
- Vinte, which scooped two awards for 'Impact project/investment of the year – real estate' and 'Impact project/investment of the year – water';
- ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms, which won both 'Impact initiative of the year, Africa' and 'Impact project/investment of the year, infrastructure';
- Bérénice Lasfargues, sustainability integration lead at BNP Paribas Asset Management, who has been recognised as 'Young professional of the year/rising star'.
