Free webinar: Exploring sustainable bond trends in the fourth quarter

Join the Environmental Finance Bond Database team today (26 January) for a free webinar exploring some of the fascinating sustainable bond market trends experienced in the fourth quarter of 2021 and the year as a whole.

The session will take place at 1500 GMT and will be available on demand shortly after the free event is finished. You can register to attend the event here, and you can also view the other Environmental Finance events already planned for 2022 here.

More than $216 billion was raised through sustainable bonds – green, social, sustainability, sustainability-linked and transition bonds – in the final quarter of 2021.

This meant that every quarter of 2021 exceeded the $211 billion all-time quarterly high issuance level reported in 2020, helping total 2021 issuance to cross the $1 trillion milestone.

The webinar – the latest in a series held throughout 2021 – will involve Environmental Finance Bond Database data analyst Ashton Rowntree and data strategist Ben Smith presenting a summary of the key data from the fourth quarter of 2021 as well as full year figures before discussing some of the most interesting trends in the sustainable bond market.
