Brief description of the data offering
Minerva’s philosophy is to understand the ESG approach by issuers, with emphasis on their disclosure of Sustainability, Governance, Remuneration and provide a Sustainable Fund Rating.
Using verifiable public documents only, Minerva’s expert analysts scrutinise public disclosures against more than 2000 indicators every year, ahead of each AGM. This approach enables Minerva to provide the timeliest data possible.
Each fund is attributed an overall score ranging from 'A' to 'F' (where 'A' stands for best-in-class) representing the cumulative assessment of the governance performance of its holdings.
Where and how do you source your data?
Minerva uses publicly disclosed information provided by the companies as part of their regulatory obligations, e.g., Listing Rules. These sources include:
- Annual reports and accounts
- Proxy statements
- Company websites
