JPX provides a "Corporate Governance Information Search" function on its website which enables anyone to search for specific listed companies' corporate governance information, as reported in each company's mandatory Corporate Governance Report. This includes basic policy of corporate governance, capital structure, basic information of the company, management decisions on appointment of outside and independent directors, management structure for execution and supervision, status of corporate governance system, status of measures for shareholders and stakeholders, basic policy of internal control system, and its development status.
