Redwheel to acquire sustainable infrastructure investor Ecofin

UK-based investment manager Redwheel has agreed to acquire the assets of $1.4 billion sustainable infrastructure investor Ecofin for an undisclosed fee from Tortoise Advisors, in a move that will expand Redwheel's sustainable product range.
