Singapore Taxonomy's CGT inclusion progressing - but without transition

Advanced work is underway for the Singapore-Asia Taxonomy to be added to the EU-China Common Ground Taxonomy (CGT), but it will not include the transition elements of the Singaporean sustainability list.
