He replaces David Hone, senior climate change adviser at Shell, who is stepping down after three years in the role.

UK investors eye Lords for second chance at decarbonisation target
05 June 2013Investors in clean energy in the UK hope the House of Lords will push for a target to decarbonise the power sector by 2030, despite the narrow defeat of such a proposal in Parliament yesterday.
