FSB developing climate early warning system as it warns of risks to financial stability

A draft framework for regulators that can "provide [an] early signal on potential drivers of transition and physical risks that can impact the financial system ... [and] quantify the scale of financial impacts" has been published by the Financial Stability Board (FSB).
