Global Biodiversity Framework 'in jeopardy' after COP16 finance failure

The COP16 biodiversity summit has failed to reach agreement on crucial issues relating to finance, leaving delivery of the landmark Global Biodiversity Framework agreed two years ago "in jeopardy".
