EU raises €12bn from record-breaking green bond debut

The EU reported its €12 billion ($13.9 billion) green bond debut was more than 11 times oversubscribed by investors which makes it both the largest green bond issued and largest single order book to date, as the bloc kicks-off its much-anticipated €250 billion green bond programme.
