German opposition to CSDDD text threatens to torpedo legislation

Germany's finance and justice ministers have publicly opposed the text of the landmark Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), raising the prospect that the EU's largest economy could sabotage adoption of the legislation.
