COP24 Blog: Negotiations intensify in second week

As the second week of COP24 hit its stride, delegates from more than 190 countries were preparing to pass the negotiating baton to their political masters, who will hopefully smooth over any outstanding disagreements and produce a Paris Rulebook on 14 December.
