Climate-aligned bonds now total $1.45trn, says CBI
02 October 2018The Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI) estimates that the total of 'climate-aligned' bonds outstanding is now about $1.45 trillion, of which $389 billion is in the form of labelled green bonds. The remainder consists of $747 billion of bonds from 'fully aligned' issuers and $314 billion from 'strongly aligned' issuers.
