21 March 2018The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) has priced its second 'social inclusion' bond. The €500 million ($614 million), seven-year bond carries a coupon of 0.375% and an issue price of 99.149%, giving a spread of 21 basis points below the mid-swaps rate.
