US biofuels group plans to raise up to $152m from convertible notes
31 May 2016US biofuels company Renewable Energy Group (REG) aims to raise $132 million from the sale of convertible notes to institutional investors via a private placement. An option to purchase a further $20 million of the notes will also be offered to the same investors.
