EF BRIEFS: Iran solar project, Carbon Trade Exchange, G-20 on green bonds

Italian and Swiss investors have agreed to commit €40 million ($44 million) to help finance the construction of Iran's largest solar energy plant, according to local press reports. The investors have not been identified.
