Chinese solar firm Amur Sirius to invest $1bn in Russia

Chinese company Amur Sirius, a subsidiary of Harbin Power Equipment, is to invest 45 billion roubles ($1 billion) in solar projects in Russia, according to the Russian business daily Vedomosti.
